CABRÓNITO
COCKTAIL
Revisiting the classic cocktail: The Mojito
Why make it complicated when you can make it simple? The most classic of cocktails - and above all the most famous - also deserved a new version. That's why we entrusted this delicate task to a trusted barman: Claudio Santos.

- Preparation time: 6 minutes

- Lightly crush the mint with the simple syrup in a shaker.
- Add the rum, lime juice and give a short shake.
- Strain into a highball glass over ice
- Complete with sparkling water
- Decorate with mint leaves

Before it was introduced in Europe in the 1990s, the famous Mojito cocktail was already widely available on the other side of the Atlantic, notably in the United States. It originated in Cuba and was gradually exported to its closest neighbour, the United States.
