Increasingly present on bar menus across Europe, the Espresso Martini seemed to us to be one of the most relevant - but also most appropriate - cocktails to revisit. That's why we entrusted this delicate task to a trusted bartender: Claudio Santos.

- Preparation time: 7 minutes

- Fill a shaker with ice cubes
- Add the El Cabrón rum, coffee liqueur, vanilla syrup and espresso.
- Shake until the mixture is cold
- Strain into a martini glass
- Garnish with coffee beans and mint leaves





Created by Dick Bradsell in 1984 in England, the Espresso Martini is a classic cocktail made with vodka and coffee. Claudio Santos decided to replace the vodka with El Cabrón rum to bring a much more original touch to this classic cocktail.
